We thought if parents/carers know the boundaries and social rules of the pre-school, as well as the staff, you would be able to share them with your child:-
• We try to be kind to each other •
• We help each other •
• We share toys and tools •
• We speak without shouting in pre-school •
• We walk in pre-school •
• We sit down quietly when asked •
• We say please and thank you or communicate with gestures •
• We listen to each other when we have something to say •
• We help tidy the toys and put them away correctly •
• We take turns with toys and equipment •
• We do not say unkind things or call each other names •
Some of the boundaries set out by adults for children:-
or acceptable behaviour and work from that point
e.g. on the climbing frame

If you would like
to read these policies they can be found on the table in the foyer,

any comments you may have regarding their contents so please speak
to a member of staff or committee to discuss your suggestions further. |
